ITACS Group and the Modern Slavery Act

ITACS Group is a private company its purpose is to provide practical support to leaders and managers and the general public in  a variety of sectors both in the UK and Internationally in how to recruit, develop and lead their staff.

Modern Slavery is the recruitment, movement, harbouring or receiving of children, women or men through use of force, coercion, abuse of vulnerability, deception or other means for the purpose of exploitation. This is most typically found in organisations supply chains and has been addressed by the introduction of the Modern Slavery Act in 2015, to which this statement applies.

ITACS Group are committed to carrying out business in a responsible and ethical manner. ITACS Group ensures that this is done throughout its organisation using Corporate policies that are communicated to all employees and sets out our commitment to acting ethically. The ITACS Group has a zero-tolerance approach to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking and all our polices reflect this.

We take reasonable and practical steps to ensure that all our suppliers adhere to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and review the process and procedures annually. We will only trade with those organisations who can prove that they are compliant with the Modern Slavery Act.

This statement is made in accordance with section 54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the slavery and human trafficking statement for ITACS Group and its relevant subsidiaries, for the financial year ending 31st March 2020.
